The public checker requires no account. Submitted brand names are processed to return results, not saved in the application database as search history.
Checker and application data
The checker application does not write submitted names, query hashes, IP addresses, user agents or individual result histories to its database. Its request-capacity counter contains no query or user identifier. This describes application behavior, not a promise that visiting the service leaves no records.
Infrastructure and operational logs
Hosting, CDN and server infrastructure may retain access and security logs, including IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser information. Application operational logs record events and sanitized error categories for reliability and security. We have not verified all provider log contents or retention periods and do not promise that requests are unlogged or deleted after a particular period.
Registry-browser searches appear in the page URL and may be recorded in browser history and infrastructure logs. Do not enter customer details or sensitive information. The application does not add advertising or analytics scripts; this is not a guarantee about all infrastructure processing.

Email correspondence
If you choose to email SellPermit, your address and the information you send are handled through the email provider and used to respond to your inquiry or review a reported issue. This correspondence is separate from checker submissions and may be retained in the mailbox and correction records. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.
